Drambuie is a golden whiskey liqueur, made with aged Scotch whiskey that has been blended with honey, spices and herbs. It is rich and flavorful, with spicy sweet honey notes that bring out a lot of the complexity of the whiskey it is based on. You can drink it on the rocks, but it is often added to scotch and scotch-based drinks to sweeten them up.

Ingredients
2 oz. Scotch
3/4 oz. Drambuie

Pour the scotch into a glass over ice. Now, pour the Drambuie over the scotch. Drambuie is sweet so if you prefer a drier drink play with the ratios. Start with a half ounce and work your way up. I like mine on the sweet side so I’ll use as much as an ounce of Drambuie depending on my mood.
