Mint Julep Lemonade
This Mint Julep Lemonade is a refreshing twist on a classic Mint Julep. If you have fresh lemonade on hand, you can subsitute it for the simple syrup and lemon juice.
Glassware: Pint Glass
Method: Muddle, Shake
Ingredients
2 oz. Kentucky Bourbon
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
7-8 Mint Leaves
Lemon-Lime Soda
Muddle the mint leaves and the simple syrup in a mixing glass. Add the lemon juice, bourbon, and ice. Shake and strain into a pint glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with more crushed ice and fill with Lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lemon wedge.
If I want to make a big batch for a party like in a glass drink dispenser how much soda would I use?
