Mimosa

A Mimosa sounds like a simple drink, but we have all had some that are just so-so. First, keep in mind that freshly squeezed juice will give you the best flavor. Once you have your ingredients, you should build the drink in this order so that it mixes better. Some recipes call for a one to one ratio champagne to orange juice. I like more champagne in mine so I prefer the ratio of two parts champagne to one part orange juice. Champagne glasses vary so use the ratio to adjust the recipe to fit your glass.

Ingredients
4 oz. Chilled Champagne
2 oz. Orange Juice

First, pour in the orange juice. Next, add the champagne and garnish with an orange or strawberry.
