Champagne Cocktail

Very simple and very classic, you can’t go wrong with a Champagne Cocktail when a celebration is in order. Actually – just drinking champagne is worthy of a celebration, so this is a drink you can pour any time. The sugar cube gives it a very vintage look, so don’t skip it.

Method: Build

Ingredients
1 Sugar Cube
Bitters
Chilled Champagne

Place the sugar cube in a small dish and add 3-4 dashes of bitters. Make sure the sugar cube soaks up all of the liquid. Drop the sugar cube into a champagne flute and fill with champagne. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
