Celebrate Easter with Peep Vodka

Peep marshmallows are the mascot of Easter – right after the Cadbury Bunny – and you can buy them in huge quantities at just about any store. Even if you are a fan of the little yellow chicks, you can only eat so many at a time. Baking Bites came up with a fun new way to use the in a batch of Peep-Infused Vodka. 

Apparently, the infused vodka tastes pretty good, since it is lightly sweetened by the Peeps and loses a little of the harshness that vodka can have. You can use any type of container to make your infusion, but by using a big jar like this one you can turn your spirits into a centerpiece for Easter, too.
