The Brandy Alexander was popularized in the early 20th century and remains a classic to this day. It’s traditionally garnished with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg, but a chocolate curl is a nice touch if you are serving these for dessert.
1 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Creme De Cacao Dark
1 oz. Cream
Pour ingredients into an ice filled shaker. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
