Robert’s career as a bartender began over 17 years ago as a way to pay for college. After college, and a whole lot of traveling, he’s still behind the bar wondering where the time went – but thoroughly enjoying it. In addition to pouring drinks, he also serves as a bar consultant, helping to develop drinks and streamline bars so that they get your drinks out better and faster. Rob is has a WSET Level 2 certification and enjoys great wines just as much as great cocktails.
Robert is also the co-author of Tiki Drinks: Tropical Cocktails for the Modern Bar (June 2015) and blogs about tropical cocktails at Modern Tiki.
